Philosophy
– The world speaks more clearly in silence –
COCO PRINCIC has long listened to voices just beyond the veil giving shape to precious little existences born of memory and feeling. This page opens a small door to what we hold as our philosophy—an unwavering belief that lives quietly at the heart of all we do.
True beauty does not explain itself.

A Quiet Belief

The philosophy woven into a small being
At COCO PRINCIC,
we do not recreate —
we evoke memory.
Not the kind of realism that dazzles the eye, but the kind that stirs within: a fleeting gesture, a quiet presence—something that gently awakens what once slept in your heart. A moment of recognition. A forgotten emotion, softly untied.
Each creation is a singular soul, meant not for everyone, but for the one to whom it was always destined. Every stitch is guided not by imitation, but by a quiet philosophy—to feel, rather than to copy. We believe in the kind of presence that lingers like an afterimage in your soul.
At COCO PRINCIC, we value depth over quantity, stillness over adornment, and not “someone,” but you. If you can believe that a small creature might carry a soul within—then may your heart be the one to receive it.
Since 2015 –
A miniature dog soul for your heart.

Our Beginning

The Story of a Beginning
I first discovered needle felting in 2012. At the time, I was creating life-sized, realistic works modeled after my beloved dog. One ordinary day, a single moment changed everything.
It was the discovery of a pair of tiny glass eyes. As I held them, a quiet thought crossed my mind: “I’ve never seen small, realistic wool felt dogs… but what if I could make one?”
After much trial and error, I finally brought to life a small dog—only about 5 centimeters tall. The moment I held it in my palm, I felt something indescribable. It felt like a part of my beloved dog had come to rest in my hands—so real and so full of joy, I could hardly believe it. And in that moment, I knew: this was what I had been searching for all along.
A realism that glows quietly in the heart.
That deep, undeniable emotion became my origin. In the autumn of 2015, I began walking the path of an artisan, dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind miniature dogs. And so, COCO PRINCIC was born.
Since then, I’ve quietly passed more than 500 small souls into the hands of people around the world— each one, a gentle encounter, each one, guided by a thread of destiny.
Thanks to the many voices and encounters that have supported me, I continue to hold the needle today, with the very same feeling I had in that first moment.

The Way We Create
I Chose the Path of Serendipity
There are two paths that lie before those who create with wool felt. One is to shape what already exists—to fulfill a wish, to answer a call. The other is to create from within—to follow inspiration, and quietly wait for a meeting meant to be. COCO PRINCIC has chosen the latter. Because all I wished for… was to believe in serendipity.
When I take up my needle, it is not a person I see—but something else. A faint scent of memory, a feeling before it finds its name. And when the little life I’ve brought forth meets a memory held deep within someone’s heart—only then does a story truly begin.
Encounters are not promises, but moments of quiet convergence. Not shaped by will, but brought forth in their own time. In that fleeting instant, I see the beauty of chance. And it is that quiet miracle—that delicate overlapping of two souls—that COCO PRINCIC has always held close.
If, by some quiet wonder, you feel the presence of your beloved dog within the small being you have found, then perhaps—you have touched the miracle I have long wished for, without ever asking.

Materials

In Honor of All Living Souls
At COCO PRINCIC, each creation is more than an object—it is a small being, quietly holding a soul. With such reverence for life, the materials we choose carry the same grace.
We do not use fur, leather, or any materials born of pain. There is no place for suffering in the making of something so gentle.
Instead, we select only the finest wools—soft, kind, and ethically sourced. Fibers that carry warmth, not wounds.
To create a figure that traces the memory of a beloved dog, or to welcome a new presence into one’s life—these are acts of love, not sacrifice.
It is, at its core, a quiet prayer from the hands of the maker. And it reflects the very philosophy of COCO PRINCIC: that beauty, when shaped by love, needs no cruelty to shine.
